Daman's Strength Training is a coaching facility where young athletes come to prepare for sports as well as gain confidence for life's adventures. Athlete's will gain strength, gain confidence and gain the desire to work to accomplish anything in their path. Our adult programs gives adults the strength to re-gain the youth they may have lost through weight gain, work, stress or a busy family life. Our weight loss program for women has close to 100 members and continues to grow.
