Three Rivers Health Center provides modern Multidimensional Care for CTCLUSI tribal members, members of all federally recognized tribes, as well as all non-tribal community members in SW Oregon. Our services include Medical Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy and Dental. With our Pharmacy, you can choose to receive your prescriptions by mail order service, local delivery (in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Lincoln and Lane Counties), drive-thru pickup, or walk-in pickup at Three Rivers Health Center.
