  “WOW ! This gym is amazing, never have i been to a gym that is so clean. My wife has a personal trainer here and has accomplished results i could not have imagined, she looks 21 again ! My boys love this place, it has everything they need to train for high school and middle school sports. My li'l girl has so much fun in the kids room she doesnt want to go home. Finally a gym thats here to stay... this gym is the third gym i've joined in the last five years, the others both closed shortly after opening- claiming to be expanding with more locations throughout Sacramento. Both Snap Fitness and Hilltop Sports Club failed in their attempt, and without warning a closed sign on the front door. Dont forget Holland Pro Fitness here in Rocklin also closed its doors. Fitness 19 has been here six years- you cant go wrong here !!”

  “they rip pepole off and dont treat people very nice. they will say stuff behind your back.they will also try to get you to stay with them and keep your last months dues if you dont ask for them back”

  “I went in there, being a student who was very interested in traditional boxing. I had been interested since they had a full ring and there were no local boxing gyms. Well, the moment I walked in there, I was disappointed. The instructors waited but a few moments to brag about their titles as MMA fighters. They could also hardly keep their shirts on to impress the women there. The women there looked more like they were out to wear as little as they could and check out the guys. All around, it does not give a good feeling. I would not recommend it for anyone.”

  Anytime Fitness

  “This is a good place to workout. They are always open and you get your own personal key card to access the gym 24/7. What is best is that the facility is NEVER crowded; even during the evening hours. I workout weekdays from 5:30 to 6:30 and I rarely, if ever, wait for equipment. The staff are cool and responsive and they do a great job keeping the place impeccably clean. ”
